Let us say Amen: Prayer & Jewish Teachings as Resources for Tough Times

Prayer & Jewish teachings have the potential to be an anchor and a resource for us in the best of times and especially in the most challenging of times. In this class, we will do a deep dive into life-affirming and spirit-lifting prayers and teachings of our tradition. As we take a deep dive into some important and inspiring liturgy, we will also address some of the barriers that stop us from connecting to prayer and consider tools to address those challenges. Through this examination, we seek to incorporate the themes and prayers explored into our lives and to gain additional spiritual resources to help us navigate life and this moment.

Please note: this is a very God optional class. Believers, non-believers or not-sure-what-you believers are all welcome.
