Adam Rudich

Adam has been involved in the Jewish communal world for nearly his entire life, dedicating more than 15 years of his professional career to serving a variety of Jewish organizations. He began his career with the Jewish National Fund, where he engaged college students and young adults in exploring the connections between Judaism, Israel, and the environment.

Several years later, Adam served as Director of Operations and Community Affairs for the Museum of Tolerance in Manhattan, educating children and adults about the importance of tolerance and diversity.
He then spent nearly a decade with the Orthodox Union / NCSY as Director of Operations and Finance. In this role, he managed a $35 million budget and oversaw operational support for a staff of 200, all dedicated to providing outreach to Jewish teenagers across the spectrum.

Most recently, Adam served as Director of Finance and Operations at Sutton Place Synagogue, where he oversaw the operating budget, synagogue facilities, and human resources for a team of 50 full- and part-time professionals.

Adam earned a BA in Political Science and Judaic Studies from the University at Albany, SUNY, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management from Baruch College.

Adam lives in Forest Hills, Queens, and is the proud father of two teenage daughters – Ayelet and Leah. He received his yoga certification in the fall of 2019 – a skill that proved especially valuable during the pandemic. He is also a certified health coach and can often be found at the gym six days a week. An avid (and long-suffering) fan of the Mets, Jets, and Knicks, he appreciates any sympathy you can offer. Adam also loves to cook and entertain.
