On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of her passing, we are celebrating a unique woman. Shira was a psychotherapist, mystic, intellectual, deadpan comic, provider of knowledge, wisdom, friendship, and charity. Her thinking and teachings had a lasting impact on many SAJ members and others.  We will review some of Shira’s own writings, what people wrote recalling some of her key teachings, and will paint a picture of what it was like to study with her, and to be her friend.

Multi-access Tishes are held at 9:00 a.m. ET on Shabbat in the SAJ Social Hall in person and also can be attended using the Zoom room listed below.
