Voices of the Hostages: How my views about Israel have evolved during and after my volunteering in Israel, presented by Dr. Phyllis Palm (Multi-access Tish)

Voices of the Hostages: How my views about Israel have evolved during and after my volunteering in Israel, presented by Dr. Phyllis Palm

Phyllis will explain the transformation that took place based on her experience visiting at Hostage Square in Israel during which she spoke with several relatives of people who had been taken hostage by Hamas on October 7th. Phyllis also volunteered with Israelis who have been workng every week since Oct 7, from burying the bodies to farm work, to hosting events for evacuees, to accepting donations of both new and used household items and clothing; sorting, packing and distributing to families in need. She also spent time listening to evacuees from the South and from the North who are in Tel Aviv.
