LGBTQ Student Rights and Impact Litigation at Yeshiva University.

SAJ member Katie Rosenfeld will discuss the legal case of YU Pride Alliance v. Yeshiva University, a pending lawsuit brought by a group of YU undergraduates who are challenging the University’s refusal to recognize their LGBTQ student club. She is one of the lawyers representing the students in the case.
